The dynamic between a father (Billy Campbell) and his estranged daughter Kylie (Michelle Trachtenberg) spills over to the race track, where the duo go head-to-head. While Kylie's star is on the sizzling rise, Al's once legendary career is on the decline. But Kylie's father isn't her only competition as the circuit's top racer Kid Walker (Drew Fuller) makes his own advances - both on and off the track.
