Quotable: Celeste

Celeste: [on the phone] Fine, I'll do the crappy Kids Choice Awards, but I'm not presenting with Hilary f***ing Duff.

Celeste: Creepy Colin Farrell just left me another creepy message; can't we do something about that, y'know legally?

Quotable: Michelle

"It is the coolest thing! My story line is a complete spoof, and not what Six Feet Under normally has. I"m really happy to be the girl that they wanted to spoof it up with."

"The coolest part was in one of the episodes, my character goes on the Ellen show, so Ellen and I did this whole like improv routine where I"m talking about my character. That was really cool. I got to do a whole little fun thing. Ellen"s an awesome, awesome lady."

"Celeste is a combination of all the rumors you"ve ever heard about Britney, Christina and J. Lo all rolled into one. She"s just a bitchy little diva!"

"That was awesome,'' Trachtenberg says. "People are so quick to peg actors into certain roles. Casting directors, directors and producers pick up scripts and say, `So-and-so would be perfect.' That's what I try to get away from. That's why I did Six Feet Under."

"People only see me sometimes as Dawn or Harriet or whatever,'' she says, "and I want to keep people guessing. Celeste was perfect  she was the combination of everything you read about in the tabloids and every pop star rolled into one."

"And I actually think the two characters that I've loved playing most in my life are Six Feet Under (Celeste) and Mysterious Skin (Wendy). Those are the two projects that I've ever been able to watch more than once. Everything else is cool and good, but I had a blast specifically on those."

Trivia

In Michelle's first episode her character Celeste makes a negative comment about Hilary Duff, in real life Hilary and Michelle are close friends.
