Movie Summary:
An executive with orders to cut jobs at a tractor factory is mistaken for an economic savior by the town's residents. An exec (Tim Matheson) is torn between his job and his heart when he falls for a factory worker (Melissa Gilbert) he may have to lay off--- just days before Christmas.
