Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah! 'We [the Trachtenberg family] celebrate Christmas and Hanukkah. I've got the best of both worlds. Big old meal, big old tree and a pretty menorah on the mantle. Nothing out of the ordinary.' - Michelle on her holiday celebrations

I wish all my visitors and Michelle fans a very Merry Christmas! (plus of course the girl herself). I have a little surprise for you all! An exclusive media sound of Michelle being interviewed by a Los Angeles radio station (it took place around the time Once More With Feeling premiered). Enjoy.

The interview includes Michelle's thoughts on the episode, information on her sixteenth birthday party, her drivers permit (or at the same lack of one), as well as Michelle on the charities and causes she supports - it is really well worth listening to. It goes for about 7-8 minutes and Michelle is amusing in the clip.

After Christmas I will be add loads of new sections and content - plus a magazine article database to the press section. Look forward to that and thank you to the other Michelle who sent me get well soon wishes! Much appreciated :) I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday! Be sure to check back soon.

Sorry for not updating for almost two weeks! I was in hospital having surgery - then recovering but I am much better now! :) The Eurotrip trailer has finally been released. Definitely worth a look! I made some high quality caps - you can view those here. If you would like to see the trailer for yourself simply chose your player and resolution below.

I'll have sounds and more caps from the trailer up sometime next week. Some other tid-bit news, Mysterious Skin will likely premiere at the Cannes Film Festival sometime next year as expected and Michelle will be appearing in the next music video of the band Trapt (thanks to Faith at FiveByFive for this info). I am not sure however when the video will be released.

Updated two galleries: Season Seven Buffy promotion (including a cute cast photo) and the Return of the King Premiere. Added three new articles to the press section: Eurotrip Review, Trachtenberg Acts Odd, Michelle and Bijou are an Odd Couple. From what I know the movie has been confirmed by Michelle's spokesperson. That is now three brand new movies for our girl! (Eurotrip, Mysterious Skin and Odd Girl Out).

Also I came across more release dates for Eurotrip. I haven't got anymore than the locations I have here - hopefully I will find some more soon: U.S.A - 20th February 2004, UK - 30th April 2004, Czech Republic - 13th May 2004, Netherlands - 13th May 2004, Belgium - 2nd June 2004, France - 2nd June 2004, Germany - 24th June 2004.

Added new entries to Fan Wall, Gimme an 'M' (some entries received were incomplete so if you haven't been listed just send another form with your details), Capture Michelle and the fanlisting. Also updated the song dedications and pen pal sections. Accepted new affiliates: Beverly Hills 90210 Netherlands, Faith-Online.com, Hellville.com, KellyOsbourneOnline.com, Echos Celine, Gilmore Girls Unlimited and Totally Elle.

Last but not least, I changed the  Picture of the Week and Quote of the Week, as well as the setups for This or That and the weekly poll. Go get voting! I'll be adding a ton of media this coming week - with more caps from MAD TV, Harriet the Spy, Inspector Gadget and Christmas In My Hometown - plus new video and sound clips from various TV appearances and movies. Keep checking back for more! :)

Updated the gallery for the Return of the King Premiere. Added two new fans to the fanlisting as well. I added one new article to the press section: 'Buffy' star in 'Odd' Talks. No more other new information on the upcoming movie Odd Girl Out as yet. To the extras section I added some new bookmarks and printable posters (more soon).

I added a new sound of Michelle in the audio version of The Wizard of Oz to the media section. More videos and sounds soon (also hotbars, skins, themes etc). Plus I also added more information to the filmography for the Wizard of Oz production. The Picture of the Week and Quote of the Week, as well as the setups for This or That and the weekly poll will be changed tomorrow or on Saturday - so please vote if you haven't yet.

Potential new movie! Nothing is confirmed yet but lets hope so! Yay for Michelle.

Michelle Trachtenberg is the Odd Girl Out
Michelle Trachtenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) is in final talks to star opposite Bijou Phillips in the independent film Odd Girl Out. Shooting is scheduled to start January 12 in Los Angeles with Deepika Daggubati at the helm. The script is by first-time feature director Daggubati. The director of photography will be Matt Uhry.

Trachtenberg will play a 17-year-old boarding school student who is considered the golden girl of her high school. She quickly becomes archenemies with a new student (Phillips), who has been sent reluctantly to the school by her troubled mother. More problems arise when Phillips' character falls in love with the cousin of Trachtenberg's character.

Hopefully we'll get more news on the film soon! Meanwhile I have lots of new updates. I have added loads of new images to the following galleries: Hollywood Awards Gala, Bringing Down the House, The Singing Detective, Buffy Wrap Party, HP Chamber of Secrets and a new gallery for the premiere of Harriet the Spy (these are rare, I have never seen these before - tres cute!)

Added four new articles to the press section: Trachtenberg acting 'Odd' for indie, Michelle Trachtenberg is the Odd Girl Out, Buffy's kid sister is the Odd Girl Out and BBC Buffy Interview. Also added a new video clip to the media section. More sounds, images etc will be coming soon!

Added new images to the following galleries: Power 100 Breakfast, Return of the King Premiere, Motorola's Toys for Tots. High Quality and VH1's Big '03. I added new videos to the media section  - go check those out. More media and images will be added soon!

While searching on the net I found this little bit of information: 'ICM (International Creative Management - talent agency) signed Michelle Trachtenberg for representation in all areas last year. She continues to be managed by Peg Donegan and Maryellen Mulcahy.' I contacted the company and asked for confirmation and Michelle's new mailing address so as soon as I have that I will post it right here on the site.

I also found out a little more information about the Eurotrip re-shoots which occurred recently. All of the new scenes were filmed at the  Culver Studios Backlot in Culver City, CA. The production team recreated part of a European Cafe and a small section of the Vatican for the filming - I am not sure if Michelle took place in either of these scenes but it is possible.

Exclusive Michelle news! Here is the first promotional image from Michelle's other new movie, Mysterious Skin. That is our lovely Michelle with Joseph Gordon-Levitt who plays Neil. The movie is due to be released in the US during Summer 2004.

I created a new gallery for Mysterious Skin (it also contains a film promotion card, handed out at Cannes Film Festival in 2003). More images have been added to the following three galleries: High Quality, VH1's Big '03 and the Hollywood Awards Gala.

A new Site of the Month has been chosen, Glamour Reese Witherspoon - one of the best Reese sites online - go check it out!!
