Starlets Grin and Bare It at Hollywood Party
LOS ANGELES
(Hollywood Reporter) - Just how hot was Saturday night's Teen People's
"Young Hollywood" party?
Hot enough that a couple of Miss Young Things tried to get in by taking
off their tops for the gatekeepers. The event was held in a mansion, high
atop the hills above Sunset Plaza with a view to die for.
"Best to keep an extra pair of drawers for these kinds of trips," said the
elderly driver, who deftly avoided several collisions while ferrying
partygoers up the winding narrow streets.
Up on top, the party was filled with the young and the beautiful, many of
whom are already familiar with the rituals of the red carpet. Lindsay
Lohan arrived with boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, while Mischa Barton
appeared with Brandon Davis.
Filmmaker Bryan Singer was on hand to support Jenny Morrison and other
actors from his new Fox medical drama, while "Garden State"
writer/director/actor Zach Braff watched bemusedly as one hapless party-er
fell into a hot tub, shorting out his cell phone.
The vibe was friendly and relaxed, especially on the second floor, where
blackjack and poker tables drew the crowd in droves. Jack Osbourne won big
in Texas Holdem poker, while Michelle Trachtenberg lost her blackjack
virginity with a wicked streak of beginner's luck. "I can see why gambling
is so addictive," she said, before beating the house once again.
