Michelle Meets Monsters

She may have turned sweet sixteen last Thursday, but there's little time to party for Michelle Trachtenberg. The actress has been busy hosting a spooky four-part science series, Truth or Scare, for America's Discovery Channel. Dracula, Wolfman: The Myth and the Science, The Curse of Tutankhamen and Bigfoot all come under the spotlight. Although surely big sis and Willow's ex Oz could have filled in the blanks for Michelle on the first two?

Michelle will guide kids through each programme, providing interesting new information on myth and legends, such as the fact that the deadly medieval hysteria over werewolves and witches may have been spawned by the hallucinogens contained in mouldy rye bread. It's enough to make you skip breakfast.
